Bo is simply incredible. You want him as your realtor.My wife and I first met Bo when he offered to help us find an apartment in Austin when we were moving from out of state. Prior to meeting Bo we had set up tours online but it was tough to line up all the showing times, get in touch with all the properties we wanted to see, etc. Bo simply told us "send me your list and I'll make it happen." He delivered on that promise: in one weekend (when we were visiting) he showed us every single property we were interested in and even recommended others that were similar based on our criteria. When we found out our top pick already had other offers in, Bo called the listing agent, vouched for us, and ultimate got us the place.When we were ready to buy a house, we of course went back to Bo, who told us "I want you to see at least 10 homes before you place an offer," making it clear he didn't just want us to jump at the first nice place: he wanted us to find our perfect home.
